Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra Could Drop a Selfie Camera, Reveals Live Image
July 24, 2025 | by Admin

Samsung could launch as many as three new tablets later this year: the Galaxy Tab S10 Lite, Galaxy Tab S11, and Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra. Lately, leaks regarding the upcoming slates from the South Korean tech giant have intensified. Last month, some details regarding the processor of the Tab S11 Ultra model surfaced on Geekbench. An alleged press render of the same device leaked just last week. Now, the first live image of the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra has appeared online, suggesting a downgrade in the camera department.
The first live images of all three upcoming Samsung tablets—the Tab S10 Lite, Tab S11, and Tab S11 Ultra—have appeared in the database of SafetyKorea. The photos have given us the first glimpse at what the new Samsung slates will look like in real life.
Samsung’s Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra could disappoint in the camera department
The live image from SafetyKorea’s database indicates that the Galaxy S11 Ultra will continue to offer a huge display with narrow bezels on all sides. However, the new slate will have a smaller notch in the top bezel. Also, the new Ultra model seems to have only a single selfie camera.

Previous Ultra models, like the Tab S8 Ultra, Tab S9 Ultra, and Tab S10 Ultra, have two cameras on the front for an enhanced video calling experience. There’s a possibility that Samsung could be going for a single higher-resolution ultrawide selfie camera on the Tab S11 Ultra. To recall, all previous Ultra tablets have two 12MP front snappers.
While the Tab S9 Ultra and Tab S10 Ultra variants support 4K video recording at 30fps, the older Tab S8 Ultra model takes it up a notch at 60fps. So, it would be interesting to see which camera sensor Samsung will incorporate on the upcoming Ultra tablet. Since we are talking about cameras, the new model could continue to boast two cameras at the rear, as suggested by a leaked render.
Live images of the Galaxy Tab S11 and Tab S10 Lite
Coming to the vanilla Galaxy Tab S11 and Tab S10 Lite, their live images from SafetyKorea suggest thicker bezels than the Tab S11 Ultra. Both appear to have a single selfie camera, which Samsung will place in their top bezels. Unfortunately, the leaked images haven’t provided any details about their design from the sides and rear as of yet.
Samsung introduced the Galaxy Tab S10 series of slates in late September 2024 and made them available in major markets in early October. The company could follow a similar strategy and launch the Galaxy Tab S11 series at a new Unpacked event in September. We can expect the rumor mill to share more details in the coming weeks, so stay tuned.
