Google’s new AI-powered tool can help you save money while shopping online. During Google I/O 2025, the tech giant showcased a tool that allows you to visualize how clothes will look on you. It is called “Try It On,” and it is now getting rolled out in the US. This new tool is also coming with at least one new feature, which may become very helpful while shopping online.
Google’s Try It On Feature is Rolling Out in the US
Google’s new tool, Try It On, is an artificial intelligence (AI) powered tool that analyses the shape of your body and then tries to render the clothes on you. This makes it a handy, useful feature, as we generally end up getting clothes that don’t fit the best. If it works well, it could elevate the online apparel shopping experience.
AI and related fields are the core focus of the brand, at least for 2025. We got the new Gemini 2.5 Pro, Veo 3 video model, and now a shopping-oriented tool. The firm is also reportedly working on an AI-assisted payments feature. It will automate the payment procedure, so you may not even have to do a single thing manually.
The Try It On feature also comes with the support of price tracking. Meaning, you can enable it to send you a reminder whenever the price of a wishlisted item falls. You can select the good, enter the quantity you want to order, and the maximum price you would like to pay. Google’s tool will keep analysing the price and will notify you as soon as it drops, so that you can save money while shopping.
This is surely an interesting concept. Google also adds that it is working to add more visual catalog for apparel and interior design.
