OnePlus has presented a new tablet, the OnePlus Pad Lite. This is a budget alternative to the company’s flagship offering, the OnePlus Pad 3. This tablet launched alongside the OnePlus Nord 5, Nord CE5, OnePlus Watch 3 (43mm), and Buds 4 earbuds.
The OnePlus Pad Lite is a true budget tablet
We’ve covered all the other products separately, so here we’ll focus on the tablet itself. The OnePlus Pad Lite looks exactly as you’d expect it to. Its bezels are just thick enough for a table, while the design is quite boxy. A single camera sits on the back inside a circular camera island. OnePlus also opted for a two-tone design on the back.
This tablet has an 11-inch fullHD+ (1920 x 1200) LCD display. It offers a 90Hz refresh rate and goes up to 500 nits when it comes to brightness. The MediaTek Helio G100 fuels the device, MediaTek’s 6nm chip.
It offers up to 8GB of RAM
OnePlus included 6GB/8GB of LPDDR4X RAM inside it, along with 128GB of UFS 2.2 flash storage. No, the storage is not expandable, by the way. Quad speakers are also included in the package.
Android 15 comes pre-installed on this tablet, along with OxygenOS 15.0.1. A 9,340mAh battery sits on the inside, while 33W wired charging is supported here. Wireless charging is not on offer, which is not surprising for a tablet, especially a budget one.
A 5-megapixel main camera sits on the back and supports 1080p recording at 30 fps. On the front, you’ll also find a 5-megapixel snapper. There is also an optional 4G LTE version of the tablet. Bluetooth 5.4 is supported.
A single color is available, while you can choose between Wi-Fi and LTE variants
The OnePlus Pad Lite comes in Aero Blue color only, and it measures 254.91 x 166.46 x 7.39mm, while it weighs 530 grams. The device is priced at €229 ($268) / £199 for the 6GB RAM Wi-Fi model. The 8GB RAM LTE variant costs €259 ($303) / £229. You can get an early bird pre-order price of €199 for the 8GB RAM
