The Apple logo can be seen on the back of every iPhone model. However, if the rumors are true, Apple could shift the logo on the iPhone 17 Pro. Now, thanks to new renders shared by Maji Bu Official, we have a clearer idea of what the new logo placement could look like.

New Apple logo placement on iPhone 17 Pro

As you can see in the renders, Apple will reportedly shift the logo on the back of the iPhone 17 Pro down. This lines up with earlier rumors that indicated Apple could make some design adjustments to MagSafe.

Some of you might be wondering why Apple is shifting the logo. This is because the camera module for the iPhone 17 Pro series is larger than its predecessors, so Apple has to shift the logo down a bit. Depending on how you see things, the off-center design might bother some users.

Other than that, the shift of the logo and the slight redesign of MagSafe shouldn’t impact the functionality of the phone. The previous report claims that MagSafe will still function like before. We’ll have to wait until we get our hands on the phone, but for now, users don’t need to worry.

Apple’s upcoming iPhone 17 series

The iPhone 17 series will be Apple’s new flagship lineup of 2025. The company will most likely announce the phones later this year in September. So far, we know that there are four models in the lineup. This consists of the base iPhone 17, the iPhone 17 Pro, and iPhone 17 Pro Max.

However, instead of the iPhone 17 Plus, Apple is reportedly ditching the model for a slimmer iPhone 17 Air. This will be Apple’s thinnest iPhone to date. It will go toe-to-toe with Samsung’s Galaxy S25 Edge and will offer a brand new design for those who might be a bit sick of the designs Apple has been using over the past few years.

The rumors are claiming that the iPhone 17 Air will also act as a testbed for the foldable iPhone, which is launching in 2026. Apple will utilize new silicon carbon battery technology, which presumably will find its way into its foldable as well.
