Battlefield 6 reveal imminent as EA sends out promotional teasers
July 21, 2025 | by Admin

EA is seemingly putting out Battlefield 6 teasers leading up to what seems like an eventual reveal for the game. Battlefield 6 has been kept under wraps pretty well since EA (sort of) announced the game. The publisher hasn’t put out an official announcement about the game’s launch with an announcement trailer or anything like that, but it has confirmed it’s been working on the next Battlefield game for a while now. It’s also been doing early tests with players as part of its Battlefield Labs initiative.
Now, it seems like EA is starting to rev up the hype engine by teasing something to come. Specifically, EA has sent out at least one care package to an individual. This seemingly suggests the publisher is getting ready to put out its official announcement for the game. It’s also speculated that this announcement could include the first official reveal. Of course, alpha gameplay has already leaked. So there is some idea of what the game looks like. That leaked footage is no longer available as it was pulled from YouTube. However, it showcased the level of environmental destruction that is likely to be included with the game.
EA’s Battlefield 6 teaser consists of a real-world care package
It’s worth noting that the leak for this care package happened on July 18. Having said that, EA hasn’t revealed much as of yet regarding this care package. The item in question was a big case with the Battlefield 6 title on the side that the publisher appears to be sending out to content creators. These kinds of things usually come with an embargo, and you’re not allowed to talk about them before a specific date and time. With that in mind, the post showing this care package was deleted, likely because it broke the embargo. As reported by Insider Gaming, these care packages being sent out definitely hint at some sort of reveal being just around the corner. This may also be tied to EA’s acknowledgment of an upcoming open beta test.

EA confirms open beta details
While the leaked promotional care package surfaced on July 18, EA’s official Battlefield account on X just mentioned the first details for the Battlefield 6 open beta on the morning of July 21. There isn’t too much information. However, it does note that “starting in open beta, players can choose official playlists with Signature Weapons locked to class, or not.” The post then ends by stating that there’s more to come.
The timing of it all really points to an upcoming reveal. As noted by Insider Gaming, EA is planning a three-day event for Battlefield 6 at the end of this month. And this all seems to coincide with the promotional packages being sent to creators and the official open beta details. So, it’s highly likely that EA is going to put out an official reveal and announce the open beta soon. Battlefield 6 is expected to launch sometime by March 2026.
