Meet the Ulefone Armor X16 Series

The Ulefone Armor X16 series smartphones have just been announced. That includes two phones, the Armor X16 and Armor X16 Pro. Needless to say, these are rugged phones, as they’re members of the ‘Armor’ family.

The Ulefone Armor X16 series phones will cost around $200

These are also budget phones, which is something the ‘X’ indicates for Ulefone devices. The company did not announce price tags for these two devices, but we do know that they’ll cost around $200.

These two phones do look basically the same, but they don’t have the same internals. They’re built like tanks, as you’d expect out of Ulefone’s rugged phones. Well, especially those with such large battery packs. Both of these ship with a 10,360mAh battery.

The Ulefone Armor X16 Pro features a 6.56-inch 120Hz display and is fueled by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 5G chip. It also offers 16GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. You’re also getting a Glare Flashlight as part of the design here.

It has a 64-megapixel main camera and a 25-megapixel night vision camera on the back. On top of that, a macro camera is included as the third one. Android 15 comes pre-installed, while the phone has an IR blaster too.

The Armor X16 is inferior to its ‘Pro’ sibling

The Ulefone Armor X16 is similar to the ‘Pro’ model, but there are some differences. It has a 90Hz display, instead of a 120Hz one. MediaTek’s Helio G90 chip fuels it, while you’re getting 12GB of RAM and 128GB of storage here. A 48-megapixel main camera is included, along with a 20-megapixel night vision camera.
