The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 does bring quite a few new features this year, which mostly focus on selfies. That’s largely due to the much larger cover display, which is now 4.1 inches versus 3.4 inches on the Galaxy Z Flip 6.
Samsung calls the Galaxy Z Flip 7 a “pocket-sized selfie studio”. That’s because of the flagship-level photography available on the Galaxy Z Flip 7 and the larger cover display. So you can use that cover display to frame your selfies, and use the better rear cameras versus the in-display camera.
Samsung has also added enhanced nightography, so the Galaxy Z Flip 7 can now capture vivid photos in low-light environments through improved lighting adjustments and the removal of noise and blurred frames.
There’s also 10-bit HDR included now for video. This offers you richer colors, deeper contrast and more life-like detail in video, no matter what time of day it is.
Finally, Samsung has also added Real-Time Filters, so you can apply filters to the camera before taking a photo or video, and get your desired result right away. There is also the new Zoom Slider to quickly zoom in and out with just a swipe.
The Galaxy Z Flip 7 is available for pre-order now
Samsung has opened pre-orders for the Galaxy Z Flip 7, where you can get a Galaxy Z Flip 7 for almost free, with different offers. However, the normal price of the Galaxy Z Flip 7 is $1,099, making it the same price as the Galaxy Z Flip 6. The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 colors include Blue Shadow, Jet Black and CoralRed, with a Mint color that is exclusive to Samsung’s website.
