Hands-on video with the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 has surfaced online, giving us a great look at the phone’s new cover display. The thing is, that video has been taken down rather fast, but screenshots from it remain.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 appeared in a hands-on video
If you check out the gallery below, you’ll see the aforementioned screenshots. These will give you a great look at the upcoming phone. The biggest change is the cover display that now goes all around the rear cameras.
It will be a bit bigger because of it, of course. The bezels around the display are also rather minimal. It definitely does look more modern because of this change. Let’s just hope that Samsung will allow us to run any app on that display.
Overall, the phone’s design is quite similar to what the Galaxy Z Flip 6 has to offer. A centered display camera hole is included at the top of the main display, while two cameras sit on the back, in the top-left corner. Next to them, you’ll notice an LED flash.
It will be thinner than its predecessor
All the physical buttons are located on the right-hand side of this phone. The bezels around the main display are also expected to be quite minimal. The phone is also expected to be around 0.8mm thinner when folded and 0.4mm thinner when unfolded than its predecessor.
We’ve already released some exclusive images showing the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 design. Those have followed our initial reveal of the phone’s design, which came in the form of CAD-based renders.
This smartphone will become official in two days. The company will announce it during the July 9 event, along with the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7, Galaxy Z Flip 7 FE, and Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 series.
