The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 is now official, and it’s a much bigger upgrade than usual for Samsung. Not only is the Galaxy Z Fold 7 thinner, but there’s a few other tricks up its sleeve when it comes to specs.
Here’s the full spec list for the new Galaxy Z Fold 7. Pre-orders opened on July 9 with a list price of $1,999. Devices started shipping on July 25. As usual, with various promos, you can get the Galaxy Z Fold 7 for much less.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 is probably the biggest upgrade ever in the Galaxy Z Fold lineup, except maybe from Galaxy Fold to Galaxy Z Fold 2. Not only are we getting a much thinner and much lighter foldable, but also a much better performing one with a better main camera. Though the price has gone up $100, once again. However that is the same price tag as the Galaxy Z Fold 2 (and adjusted for inflation, that’d be over $2,400 today).

The Galaxy Z Fold 7 story isn’t just about specs though, Samsung has also done a lot with the software here, including making Gemini work better across both screens, and in multi-window. So you can use Gemini for just about anything. Samsung has also added Circle to Search for gameplay with the Galaxy Z Fold 7, it’s debuting on a Samsung device, like Circle to Search did originally.
